New Jimmy John’s Location to Open!

Jason Leep of NAI Landmark recently represented the purchaser, KO Holdings LLC, in its acquisition of 118 W Lincoln in Bozeman MT.  The purchase also included a neighboring vacant lot to the west.  The existing building currently houses I-ho’s Korean Grill and Zoe’s Counseling.  There is vacant retail space in the building that will house a Jimmy John’s sandwich operation which will thrive in this location, directly adjacent to Montana State University’s largest dormitory complex and the Brick Breeden Field House.
